Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or related discipline, required A minimum of two years in public accounting or a relevant corporate accounting role Working knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel Willingness to learn new software tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to provide high quality of service to internal and external customers Ability to demonstrate initiative on projects and assignments Ability to interface effectively with all levels of company personnel Ability to effectively manage financial systems projects Preferred Qualifications: CPA or MBA preferred Experience with use of Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP financial software system a plus Experience using database driven ad-hoc querying tools a plus
