Job Title: Sheet Metal Journeyman & Helpers Location: Findlay, Rocky River, Kent, and Berea Ohio Job Description: Power Labor is seeking skilled Sheet Metal Journeymen and Helpers for ongoing commercial multi-family construction projects. Responsibilities: Install sheet metal and ductwork in commercial multi-family units Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Helpers: 1–3 years of experience required Perform tasks such as pounding sheet metal and ductwork installation Journeymen: 5–10 years of experience required Perform all helper-level duties plus: Read and interpret plans Direct helpers and manage job duties Ensure quality and safety standards on the job Requirements: Must bring basic tools and PPE Personal, reliable transportation is required Willingness to commute to Findlay, Rocky River, Kent, and Berea OH Ability to work as part of a team and independently Pay Range: Helpers: $20 – $25/hour (based on experience) Journeymen: $25 – $30/hour (based on experience) Benefits & Perks with Power Labor: Competitive wages Comprehensive and affordable benefits package Paid holidays on select dates throughout the year 5 days PTO after 1,800 hours worked Referral Program: Earn bonuses by referring skilled workers to join our team Why Power Labor?
