Immediate Opening: Lead Assembler â Direct Hire / Day Shift Pay Range: $25.05 â $27.10/hour Weâ re actively hiring a Lead Assembler to take charge of high-priority production operations. What Youâ ll Do Take full ownership of the assembly process for enclosures, sub-assemblies, and custom builds Train, guide, and oversee assemblers to meet tight deadlines and quality benchmarks Layout and optimize workflows to maximize speed, accuracy, and throughput Review work tickets, BOMs, and schematics with precisionâ errors are not an option Identify issues fast and implement corrective actions using lean manufacturing principles Collaborate with supervisors and peers to make quick, informed decisions Drive 5S standards and maintain a clean, efficient workspace Stay flexibleâ additional tasks may be assigned as needed
What You Bring Strong leadership and clear communication under pressure Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders from start to finish Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving and troubleshooting Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and basic shop tech Skilled in reading and redlining drawings, BOMs, and wiring schematics Hands-on experience with hand tools, measuring devices, and wiring prep equipment
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum 1 year of assembly experience 1 year of electrical work and forklift operation 1â 2 years in a lead manufacturing role strongly preferred This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to lead with urgency and precision.
