Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing company in the Raleigh, NC area that is looking for skilled Welders to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity with openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts. Responsibilities: Accurately interpret blueprints and welding diagrams Set up and operate welding, cutting, and grinding equipment Assemble parts and sub-assemblies to precise specifications Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and finish Maintain accurate production records and documentation Perform additional duties as needed Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing setting Proficient in reading blueprints and taking precise measurements Skilled in using welding tools, grinders, calipers, and micrometers Must pass respiratory medical evaluation, respirator training, and fit test Comfortable working in an environment with typical manufacturing exposure to noise, fumes, heat, and dust
