Associate, Settlements

Job Duties: Associate, Settlements with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Responsible for coverage, resource allocation and process optimization. Ensure all trade economics and discrepancies are appropriately investigated and resolved, while managing client expectations and potential fail exposure. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years with: working with the Derivatives settlements process and synthetic products including Contracts for Difference (CFD) and Simple Workflow Access Protocol (SWAP); working with transmission protocols including SWIFT, IBAN, and Fed wire; working with the overall trade booking lifecycle including Pre-Trade, Trade Execution, Trade Clearing, Trade Settlement, and the final stage of Position and Risk Management; and Quality Assurance, Design Patterns, and Aspect Oriented Engineering.
