We have an urgent requirement for an Electrician position in Ashland, VA. Details: Location: Ashland, VA Position Overview: Our client is seeking licensed Electricians to support installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for solar energy projects. This includes residential, commercial, and utility-scale work while ensuring full compliance with safety and code standards. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for solar projects Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues Ensure compliance with electrical codes & safety standards Interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines Qualifications: Valid Electrician license/certification (required) Minimum 2 years of professional experience Solar/renewable energy experience preferred (not required) Strong troubleshooting and safety focus Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits: Bonuses + ESOP plan Health insurance (company contribution) PTO & 401(k) Per diem for travel assignments
