Job description: Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist II (Full-Time or Part-Time) Location: in a Hospital in Philadelphia Philadelphia, PA 19104 Bill Rate: $60/hour, Weekly Gross: $2400/week Duration: Through 1/30/2026 (Potential for extension or conversion) Schedule: 40 hours/week (Part-time candidates will be considered) About the Role: Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist II to provide care for infants and children with communication and feeding disorders. Join a supportive pediatric team and make a meaningful impact every day. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and oral motor evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Deliver interventions and perform video-fluoroscopic swallow studies. Provide consultation and education to families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes. Administrative & Team Contributions: Participate in department meetings, quality improvement projects, and work groups. Assist in developing/refining clinical protocols and maintaining therapy equipment. Education & Mentorship: Provide teaching to staff, community professionals, and students. Mentor clinical fellows and observers. Offer consultative services beyond as needed. Qualifications: Required: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Minimum 2 years of licensed experience CCC-SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) Licensure in PA and/or NJ (or eligible to obtain within 3 months of hire) Preferred: Experience in a pediatric medical-based setting Inpatient rehabilitation experience Interested candidates — both full-time and part-time — are encouraged to apply!
