Basic Job Functions: Vulcraft - Indiana is seeking qualified candidates for the Project Manager Supervisor position at the St. Joe, IN. plant. Compensation consists of salary plus ROA. This is a fast-paced position that is responsible for taking care of our customers by leading the Vulcraft-Indiana project management team, as well as working closely with the entire leadership team. The responsibilities of this position include day to day leadership, fostering collaboration across the division(s), while also coaching and developing of the project manager team. This position must work cohesively with the project management team to properly manage the division schedule to ensure that our customer’s needs are met and workflow throughout the division is optimized. This position requires the highest standard of service through professional, informative and responsive communications (written and verbal) with other departments at Vulcraft and our customers. Be willing to work a flexible schedule including being willing and having the means to travel as required. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent One or more years of leadership experience with direct reports Preferred Qualifications: Two or more years of experience in the steel joist and deck industry Experience in detailing, sales, or managing projects in a manufacturing or construction-related environment
