Metal Fabrication Sales Engineer - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 25-01344 Salary Range: $75K - $95K + Commission Permanent Position with Benefits Cleveland, Ohio area Steel Fabricator seeks an experienced Industrial Sales Engineer who can provide cost estimates and proposals for customers who need industrial equipment, components and replacement parts. REQUIREMENTS: High School, GED, Vocational School, Trade School, Technical School, Associate degree or Higher Level of Education – (Engineering degree Preferred) with a minimum of (2) years of Industrial Sales experience in a steel fabrication / industrial manufacturing environment. Preferred Candidates would have sales experience providing cost estimates ./ sales proposals in a manufacturing environment to include: Machine Shop, Metal Fabrication Manufacturer, Steel Service Center, Steel Mill, Automotive, Aerospace, Pressure Vessels and/or Military parts and equipment. Candidates must be familiar with Familiar with ASME & AWS project requirements. Candidates must be able to read and understand blueprints, hand sketches, and solid math skills for pricing materials and estimating labor costs. Preferred Candidates would be familiar with manufacturing fabrication processes such as welding, plate bending, plate rolling, and plate cutting. Candidates are expected to be outgoing, friendly, and able to identify customer needs, write and present proposals. Candidates must have solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
