Account & Invoice Administrator Los Angeles, CA/New York, NY (Hybrid) 24-Month Contract Job ID 25-09760 Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company, in their search for an Account & Invoice Administrator. This is a 24-month contract opportunity based out of Los Angeles, CA/New York, NY (Hybrid). The Research and Data Services (RDS) team globally manages the products, services, and technology that aggregate, deliver, and display market data and research enterprise-wide. The RDS team manages over 500 data products across, including data products like Bloomberg, FactSet, DataStream, MSCI, and Morningstar. The Account & Invoice Administrator role primarily focuses on inventory and invoice management. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and intellectual curiosity. Communicate effectively and collaborate well within a team. Prioritize tasks and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. Requires strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup). Requires Accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable. Requires experience with financial management systems (e.g., SAP). Responsibilities: Administer payment processing, order requests, and vendor management in various systems. Maintains content and accuracy of inventory with vendors by updating the database with vendor service details, including cost and pricing records. Track trial/pilot inventory and manage access controls with vendors and business associates. Process invoices as needed and manage system access requests for data/research services and collaborate as needed to resolve discrepancies. Assist in transitioning backend systems and improving processes or performing additional duties as assigned to address this. Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $48.28/hour to $48.28/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
