Our client, a leader in nationwide logistics and delivery services, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their Philadelphia-based team! About You: 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or high-volume support environment Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; able to type 40+ WPM Skilled multitasker who stays calm under pressure and manages competing priorities effectively Clear and professional communicator; bilingual ability a strong advantage Team-oriented, flexible, and energized by working in a fast-moving environment About the Job: Serve as the central point of contact for updates and communications via phone, email, text, and internal systems Resolve time-sensitive delivery issues quickly, balancing operational demands with customer satisfaction Monitor truck routes in real time using dispatch and tracking technology Partner with operations, sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service Proactively communicate with customers, including conducting pre-delivery calls and confirmations Manage daily truck schedules and route execution to meet delivery windows Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and the overall customer experience This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying up to $20/hour while temporary and up to $46,000 annually once permanent.
