Position Description Job Summary: The Concrete Rehabilitation Technician is responsible for performing various tasks related to structural concrete repair, finishing, and the application of composite reinforcement systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform structural concrete repairs, finishing, and form work. Apply fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) systems and coatings to structural surfaces. Conduct epoxy injection for crack and void repair. Assist with surface preparation, material handling, and equipment setup. Follow project specifications and safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area on-site. Position Requirements Required Skills and Abilities: Basic knowledge of concrete repair, form work, and finishing techniques. Ability to apply coatings and epoxy injection materials accurately and safely. Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. Willingness to learn specialized systems (FRP, coatings, etc.). Essential Core Competencies: Safety Focused: Prioritizes safe work practices and adheres to all job site safety protocols. Team Collaboration: Works effectively with others to complete projects on time and to standard. Accountability: Takes ownership of tasks and ensures quality workmanship. Adaptability: Able to adjust to changing site conditions, tasks, and travel schedules. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in concrete repair, finishing, or related construction work is a plus. FRP or coating experience is beneficial but not required—training available. Physical and Additional Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform manual labor for extended periods. Must wear steel toe leather work boots.
