Overview: This role will support Canteen, a sector specializing in unattended retail solutions for clients and consumers across the US. The Dynamics Senior Developer will work closely with the Solutions Architect to shape architecture decisions, oversee senior development activities, and ensure best practices are followed for Canteen’s Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Services application (internally branded as Smart Tech). Primary Responsibilities Partner with the Dynamics Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable Dynamics solutions aligned with best practices. Enhance the efficiency of development, testing, and release processes; build tools and frameworks to support robust and high-quality deliveries. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and other team members. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Communicate technical decisions clearly to development resources and stakeholders. Keep leadership informed on team progress, risks, and challenges. Ensure optimal performance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and solutions. Upgrade and configure Microsoft Dynamics systems to support optimized integrations. Manage and support integrations with third-party applications, plugins, and tools. Qualifications 4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 modules. 3+ years of Dynamics 365 implementation experience. 3 or more full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations. 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 development, including: JavaScript, Plugins, PCF Controls (React/FluentUI), TypeScript, Power BI, Power Automate Experience with the Field Service module. AWS and Node.js experience (strongly encouraged). AI knowledge (nice to have). Willingness to travel occasionally. Core Competencies & Skills Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. Preferred Skills/Training Experience working within an Agile SAFe 6 framework. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
