Associate, Collateral and Margin

Job Duties: Associate, Collateral and Margin with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Proactively monitor and manage margin calls for a diverse global client base, refining methodologies to enhance accuracy in margin calculations. Identify and promptly address potential risks linked to client collateral and margin positions, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards. Requires: Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master’s degree) OR three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s degree) with: working with improving operations and risk management processes; Advanced Microsoft Excel including working with macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF/AND formulas; data visualization tools including Tableau; data analytics tools including Alteryx; project management tools including JIRA and Confluence; preparing and presenting reports to senior management; and working on and prioritizing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
