Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Technical certifications or licenses are a plus Proficiency in using maintenance management software is desirable Benefits
