Project Manager , you'll lead projects from kick-off to closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction every step of the way. For the right candidate this position will offer a path to upper management within the company. Your responsibilities will include: Managing multiple restoration projects simultaneously Coordinating with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Overseeing budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety standards Conducting site visits and progress meetings Ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely delivery What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in commercial restoration or construction project management Strong knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing, and faade systems Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams Excellent communication and problem-solving skills OSHA certification and PMP or similar credentials are a plus Why Join?
