Pearce Services is hiring: Warehouse Associate in Aledo

Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role best suited for responsible, self-directed, highly motivated individuals looking to learn and grow in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, reviewing, and maintaining inventory of parts and equipment.
• Maintaining an organized, safe yard and warehouse.
• Preparing materials and loading equipment for weekly dispatches.
• Ability to multitask and complete a list of daily activities with minimal supervision.
• Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience

• Prior material handling and warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to use computers and tablets competently to complete inventory.
• Inventory management experience is preferred.
• Strong material organizational skills preferred.
• Forklift experience and ability to pull a trailer is preferred.

Physical/Work Environment

• This is an onsite position. Candidates must report to the warehouse daily and reside in the Aledo, Texas area.
• Able to do moderate lifting (up to 75 pounds).
• Must be able to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods (7+ hours) if needed.
• Must have the ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends and travel overnight as needed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and have a clean driving record.
• Must pass DOT Physical.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 hourly/DOE. Actual pay is influenced by skill, experience, and location. Base Pay Range: $18—$22 USD.

In addition to wages, employees may be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, stipends, a company vehicle, per diem, and other compensation.
