Lipton Law, a Southfield-based Personal Injury law firm, is seeking a full-time, in-office, enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team of approximately 8 office staff members who assist a total team of approximately 35 people. You'll be supporting our talented remote team of attorneys, nurses, and paralegals throughout the metro Detroit area, serving as a crucial link in our collaborative environment.

Our Southfield office is the heart of our operation, with remote team members frequently visiting throughout the day. You'll be part of a workplace filled with laughter, camaraderie, and genuine teamwork—where amazing people come together to do important work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and nursing staff
• Handle computer filing of scanned documents and other organizational tasks
• Typing and printing letters
• Scanning and saving documents for various departments
• Handling first class outgoing mail, priority mail and Fed Ex
• Back-up to answering phones
• Coordination between remote team members and in-office operations
• Assist with maintaining office operations (office supplies, stocking refrigerator, etc)
• Contribute to our positive, collaborative team environment

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and capacity to learn legal software
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Previous administrative or legal experience preferred
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Enthusiastic and upbeat personality—we thrive on positive energy!
