Pay Range: $25-$27/hr DOE

Position Summary

Ready Mixed Concrete Company (RMCC) is hiring qualified drivers to make deliveries in the Denver metro area. General knowledge of mix designs is helpful but not required. We will accept Trash Truck route experience in lieu of Mixer experience. Our drivers are the face of Brannan, and they must be able to make on-time deliveries while providing excellent customer service. Mixer Drivers are required to adhere to RMCC Safety Protocols at all times.

Responsibilities

• Safe Driving Habits: Safely haul Ready Mixed Concrete to Brannan’s jobsites in the Denver Metro area. Utilize defensive driving practices and maintain alert awareness of potential hazards.
• Delivery Efficiency: Maintain a sense of urgency to deliver product safely and timely in a professional and courteous manner; load at scheduled times as required.
• Truck Operations & Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete necessary write-ups; operate truck and equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Customer Service: Maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with customers; anticipate and fulfill customer needs and report concerns to management.
• Professional Appearance: Keep trucks clean and well-presented; maintain cab and exterior appearance daily.
• General Responsibilities: Adhere to RMCC safety standards and FMCSA DOT regulations; perform daily inspections and report issues; ensure truck is ready for the next day; operate safely in a fast-paced environment; scheduled to one of three plants (A & B Schedule).

Qualifications

• Previous concrete mixer truck experience preferred, but not required
• CDL Class A or B (1 year experience preferred but not required)
• Clean driving record
• DOT physical and drug test required
• Knowledge of Denver Metro area; ability to read maps and use GPS
