Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate floor equipment such as scrubbers and buffers; perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Model customer experience standards and cooperate with internal and external customers.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, Associate Lounge, and other areas.
• Follow Health and Safety policies, including refilling essential items in lounge and restrooms.
• Support Front End coverage needs and participate in store recovery as needed.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards; communicate effectively with management and Associates.
• Adhere to labor policies, including meal and break periods.
• Actively contribute to a safe work environment and assist with safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor care equipment.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes or unexpected situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen and respond appropriately.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Collaborative team player and effective with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience is preferred.

Compensation

This position has a starting pay range of $16.66 to $17.16 per hour. The full range of the position is $16.66 to $25.80 per hour.
