Retail Sales Associate at Movado Group, Inc. (Livermore, CA) — Part-Time

We are seeking an inspiring, confident, and ambitious individual to join the Movado Company Store team as a Part-Time Sales Associate in Livermore, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the merchandise.
• Merchandise products in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment; monitor merchandise for accurate pricing and proper display.
• Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with any additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and achieve store objectives.
