Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising standards
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store
• Give and receive recognition and feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
