Concrete Constructors LLC is hiring a Roofing Construction Worker in St. Louis. The ideal candidate has hands-on roofing experience with shingles, flat roofing, or specialty roofing systems. This role involves working on residential and commercial roofing projects with a team that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing job sites for roofing projects.
• Install, repair, and maintain shingle, flat, and specialty roofing systems.
• Safely operate roofing tools and equipment.
• Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installation.
• Load, unload, and stage roofing materials.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites at the end of each day.
• Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (required).
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the St. Louis area.
• Prior roofing experience (required) - shingles, flat roofing, or specialty roofing systems.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, bending, and carrying heavy materials.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dedication to quality workmanship.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $25 - $35 per hour, based on skills and experience.
