This is a direct hire opportunity with an integrated Construction, Design and Technology solutions firm located. Salary $165K Responsibilities Communication skills to work directly with the client. Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance. Manage contractor compliance with documents. Manage multiple-contractor projects. Coordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order process Qualifications NICET Level III certification required Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field preferred Professional Engineer (PE) license or CCM Certification preferred 10+ years of successful project management experience 5+ years site civil work DOT experience Unit price contract experience a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills OSHA 30 Minimum Certification Johnson Service Group, Inc.
