Job Title: Project Manager – Service Location: Dallas, TX Compensation: $50 hourly Work Model: Onsite Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Top Skills Required: Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Highly organized Job Description The Project Manager will manage, develop, and implement projects of varying complexity and size within the assigned functional area. This role will oversee multiple projects from start to completion, ensuring project goals are met and delivered successfully. Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple projects from inception to completion. Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define scope and objectives. Establish project performance goals, develop timelines, and track milestones. Identify, track, and resolve project issues while communicating project status to team members and stakeholders. Plan and monitor project budgets; conduct research and analysis to support project plans. Manage project risks using quality tools to identify areas of concern and implement solutions. Document and share team learnings across projects. Maintain accurate project records, databases, and notes. Assign resources effectively, guiding and coaching team members through project phases.
