Senior Accountant opportunity in Fort Lauderdale Our client is in the construction industry covering the 3 counties seeking a Senior Accountant to join their state-of-the-art Fort Lauderdale office who will be responsible for supporting the accounting functions of the company. Salary, benefits, and a nice team environment Financial reporting, project accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. A strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work closely with project managers and senior management to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Bilingual Spanish preferred but not necessary. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry, must be a team player!
