Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Accounting Management: Oversee the accounting for multiple businesses and locations within the same industry.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate Profit & Loss statements.
• Invoicing: Handle invoicing across various accounts with precision.
• Payroll Processing: Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
• Sales Tax: Prepare, file, and manage sales tax reporting.
• Organized Financial Records: Maintain clear, complete, and well-organized financial records.

Qualifications

• QuickBooks Proficiency: Solid knowledge and experience with QuickBooks.
• Accounting Fundamentals: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Payroll & Tax Experience: Experience with payroll processing and sales tax filings.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational skills.
• Multi-Entity Management: Experience managing accounting for multiple entities simultaneously.
