Receptionist (Project Management)

Willow Haven Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community, located in Zanesville, Ohio provides short term, long term care for those needing Skilled Nursing services and rehabilitation. The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position may require a weekend rotation depending on community.

Starting pay rate: $14 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.
• Handle phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in ordering when necessary.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
