Your Day-to-Day

Our Receptionists enjoy providing the best customer experience to our clients! From greeting clients upon arrival to ensuring they leave satisfied, you’ll check clients in/out, schedule appointments, and answer calls/texts. Each salon functions like a family, and everyone contributes to the overall client experience.

Receptionist Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/check out clients using our appointment booking system, Booker.
• Maintain expert knowledge of S+B airbrush tanning and sugaring services, memberships, and products.
• Perform side tasks such as maintaining the lobby's cleanliness, restocking products, and back-of-house duties like laundry and disposables.
• Answer client questions regarding services, formulas, and aftercare.
• Respond to client emails and texts regarding appointments and services.

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

$17.81 per hour (Los Angeles - Santa Monica)
