Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for animal care? Athens Regional Veterinary Services is seeking an exceptional Veterinary Receptionist to become a vital part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check in patients and greet clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the front desk
  • Complete necessary paperwork for patient visits
  • Obtain vital signs from patients upon arrival
  • Assist with patient check-out procedures
  • Answer phone calls and address client inquiries
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
