Minimum Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in a marketing operations or automation role
- Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (certifications strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of lead flow, funnel management, and attribution modeling
- Experience creating dashboards and campaign reporting in HubSpot and Google Analytics
- Ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and leadership teams
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
About the Job:
Unlimited Systems is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that fuel our revenue engine. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role is ideal for a HubSpot power user who thrives at the intersection of marketing automation, CRM operations, data analytics, and performance reporting.
As the first dedicated hire in this function, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our marketing efforts across specialty healthcare verticals. You’ll help us shift from a manual, execution-heavy environment to an automated, insight-driven growth engine.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day management of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
- Build, optimize, and document automated workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign logic
- Partner with sales to ensure seamless lead lifecycle management, handoffs, and data hygiene
- Build forms, landing pages, nurture streams, and performance dashboards within HubSpot
Data, Reporting & Attribution
- Develop and maintain real-time marketing dashboards and reports (pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, attribution, channel performance)
- Monitor marketing KPIs to provide insights and guide optimization
Process Optimization
- Define and standardize marketing campaign setup, QA, and deployment processes
- Audit and improve data accuracy, enrichment, and segmentation
- Maintain compliance with email best practices and privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Cross-Functional Enablement
- Serve as the technical liaison between marketing, sales, client services, and IT
- Support campaign execution by building infrastructure for digital ads, events, and ABM programs
- Lead onboarding and enablement for marketing tech tools across the team
