Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborate with an entire office team, from dentists to receptionists, to promote trust, connection and relationships with patients and one another.
• Learn how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively address patient concerns and provide insight and comfort regarding their dental treatment.
