Schedule : Monday-Thursday 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM

Fort Worth Children's Dentistry is looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our pediatric team! If you have 2-3 years of dental assisting experience, a love for working with children, and a desire to be part of a positive and supportive team, we want to hear from you!

As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping children build healthy habits and happy smiles that last a lifetime. Our ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, flexible, and eager to grow professionally.

What We're Looking For :

  1. Registered Dental Assistant with 2-3 years of experience
  2. Pediatric dental experience is preferred, but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate!

Minimum Requirements :

  • A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent.
  • Radiography requirements according to the state regulations.

Job Related Experience :

  • Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
  • Pediatric experience is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills - must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Effective written and verbal communication is a must with all staff and management.
  • Must be able to project a capable and professional image - one that is reflective of Company Values.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills - strong attention to detail, able to multitask, and perform job duties in a timely manner.
  • Must have PC skills with an ability to learn and successfully use new software programs as required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is preferred; as well as experience with a fax machine, copy machine, and general office equipment.

Working Conditions :

  • Travel between the assigned offices, if needed.
  • Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events, and morning huddles.
