What You’ll Do
Lead a team of call center representatives to meet and exceed daily appointment-setting goals.
Monitor inbound and outbound call performance and optimize lead flow across campaigns.
Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members.
Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit and onboard top talent.
Ensure consistent communication of promotions and service offerings.
Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on customer satisfaction and results.
Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and training needs.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation (call center experience preferred).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for problem-solving and coaching.
Adaptability and openness to feedback in a fast-evolving environment.
