RemX Staffing is seeking a seasonal Call Center Representative in South River, NJ!
This is a temporary role that requires working onsite for a very exciting company!
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with a 45-minute lunch (availability for Saturday overtime hours required)
Compensation: $19.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Provides account information to customers via email, chat and phone
- Assists customers with inquiries and concerns about product and orders
- Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
- Processes a high volume of customers transactions
- Ensures all necessary information is accurate and included prior to completing transaction.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- 1+ year of previous Customer Service and/or Call Center experience
- Must have experience processing customer orders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work onsite in South River
