We are looking for a FULL-TIME Cleaning Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently turning over and cleaning apartments, common areas, and commercial properties. You will travel to properties and provide a variety of cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

Effectively use and carry provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean properties.

Clean all surfaces, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor

Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms

Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors

Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and properties

Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment

Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time

Perform and inspect apartments and common areas

Previous painting experience is a plus

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites

Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions

Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs of equipment

Standing on your feet and moving 8 hours a day

Reliable transportation

Knowledgeable and have a smartphone and applications

Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions

Knowledge and use of power tools such as installing deadbolts, locks, bathroom accessories, smoke detectors, and light bulbs are a plus
