Overview

Detailed cleaning of homes damaged by smoke, water, fire and mold. Some demo of drywall and flooring. Post construction, house cleanings and carpet cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of homes damaged by smoke, water, fire and mold.
• Complete drywall and flooring demolition as needed.
• Conduct post-construction cleaning, house cleaning and carpet cleaning.
• Collaborate with team or work independently as required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Must have transportation to and from work.
• Ability to do detailed cleaning and to work with and without others.
• Respectful of customers; willingness to learn.
• Experience in contracting or trade is a plus; knowledge of computer and apps required.

Schedule & Work Conditions

Normal hours: Mon–Fri 7:45 to 4:30. One weekend per month and one night per week on call for emergency water losses. Some fill-in nights may be required.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $17.00 per hour. Bonuses: $75.00 per emergency call-out on on-call night or on-call weekend. Additional pay for specialty work (bonus pay per hour for sewage remediation). Vacation: 1 week after 1 year. Sick days: up to 5 per year. IRA option after 2 years.

Background check and probationary period of 2 months required.
