Overview
This position supports an exciting mission with FBI's CJIS where the candidate will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry and gain skills & expertise that are widely applicable. The work and team environments are a mix of Government and contract staff from different companies. This position is dynamic and offers high-visibility work while learning from industry leaders. You will gain and hone your skills by managing the IT infrastructure for one of the largest organizations in the world.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to end users for PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware.
- May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
- Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
- Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems. Maintains currency and highest level of technical skill in the field of expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience
