Position Overview

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for technical issues and will help maintain and protect our clients' IT environments. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, system maintenance, and communication both with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, access, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Support VoIP setups and troubleshoot related issues.
• Monitor and manage cloud backup systems.
• Assist with network management including Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls, and switches.
• Implement and enforce IT and email security protocols.
• Document support tickets, procedures, and solutions.
• Onboard new users and configure workstations.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, ideally with:
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • VoIP systems
  • Cloud backup tools
  • Networking fundamentals (e.g., routers, firewalls, switches)
  • Security best practices
• Bonus certifications: CompTIA A+, Security+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
• Exceptional communication skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proactive, dependable, and client-oriented.
