Label Clerk Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Label Clerk Coordinator for a company based in Largo, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing manufacturer of pharmaceutical products.
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday; 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Label Clerk Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees the process of labeling products within a warehouse.
- Ensures accurate and compliant labeling is applied to all shipments by coordinating with label printing, inventory management, and shipping teams.
- Inspects and confirms incoming products. Records results into software and also on paper records.
- Works with customers on their labels to ensure proper specifications and compliance.
- Coordinates the label review process between other departments to ensure compliance.
- Release of labels to production ensuring label content is accurate, revisions are current and F.I.F.O. method is used.
- Actively participates during audits/inspections by providing copies of labels and related documents in a timely manner.
- Works with Document Control, R&D and Account Managers providing label copies, proofs or copies of labels in support of production batches.
Label Clerk Coordinator Operator Qualifications and Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience in labeling, shipping clerk, or quality assurance.
- Must be fluent in English. Good verbal and written skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and follow safety protocols.
Job Type: Full-time, temporary to permanent
