This includes daily cleaning, sanitation, and waste disposal, as well as supporting audit preparations and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness year-round.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Cleaning:Sweep and mop floors in bathrooms and breakroomsScrub, wipe, and disinfect sinks, doorknobs, toilets, urinals, tables, and microwavesPick up cigarette butts from designated areasDiscard food and beverages left out at the end of the day (outside of refrigerators)Collect and remove trash from bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areasWeekly Tasks:Perimeter trash collectionRemove leaves blocking exits (seasonal)Dispose of old refrigerator items when necessaryMonthly Tasks:Wipe down doors, windows, vending machines, lockers, and extinguishersWash trash receptacles when neededClear debris from outside dock areasRemove ice buildup upon requestAnnual Tasks:Power wash exterior walls and dock areasMaintain cleanliness of electrical rooms (with supervision)Special Events:Assist with cleaning for BRCGS, GMP, and customer auditsApply If You Have:Previous experience in sanitation, janitorial, or custodial work (preferred but not required)Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and safety protocolsStrong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environmentAbility to follow cleaning schedules and adhere to safety and hygiene standardsComfort working with cleaning products and tools safelyPhysical ability to stand, bend, and lift as part of daily tasksReliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitudeRequirements:Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsPhysically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.Commitment to maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standardsDependable attendance and attention to detailPerks & Benefits:Safe, team-oriented work environmentTeam member recognition awardsPaid training and certification opportunitiesCompany-provided protective gear and cleaning suppliesShift Structure:Option 1 - One Associate1st shift: 7:00 am - 4:00 pmOption 2 - Two AssociatesTwo positions:1st shift: 5:00 am - 1:00 pm2nd shift: 10:00 am - 7:00 pmOption 3 - Two AssociatesTwo positions:1st shift: 5:00 am - 1:00 pm2nd shift: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm Reports to: Director of Quality, Safety, and EnergyDirect Reports: NoneRLS is an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace.
