Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience and a current CA license.Job Details•Work in an outpatient physical therapy setting,•Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,•No floating or on-call responsibilities,•Epic experience is preferred,•13-week contract assignment,Job Requirements•Current CA PT license required; license required if applicable,•Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy with a B.S., B.A., M.A., M.S., or D.P.T.,•BLS certification from the American Heart Association required,•Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient PT experience,•Must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing,Additional Information•Primary responsibilities include planning and implementing individualized treatment programs and serving as an educational resource within the hospital,•Epic EMR experience preferred,•Must be gone at least 1 year to return as a traveler if previously employed,•Only one holiday will be approved for time off during the assignment,•Completion of orientation modules via e-learning required,•50 mile radius rule applies for travel eligibility,•Local candidates are accepted at the local rate,),•hash,:• ,
