Hematologist (Adult Sickle Cell) - Northwell Cancer Institute at Rego Park

Northwell Health Cancer Institute is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Hematologist with experience and a focus on Adult Sickle Cell disease to join the Northwell Health Cancer Institute Rego Park in Queens, NY. The team comprises a diverse group of clinicians, educators, and researchers dedicated to patient-centered, comprehensive care for this specialized population. Northwell Health offers extensive sickle cell disease services, including pediatric and adult clinics, treatments like hydroxyurea and blood transfusions, as well as stem cell transplantation and gene therapy. The sickle cell specialist will be a key part of Northwells adult Hematology division, with opportunities for research and teaching fellows, residents, and medical students. Northwell Healths Cancer Institute is recognized for teaching excellence and leadership in various organizations.

Rego Park provides multispecialty care to a diverse community, offering primary and specialty care, including comprehensive cancer services, with interpreters and translation services to ensure effective communication.
