Must have the ability to lead and mentor other Occupational Therapists. Description: We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. This position includes inpatient responsibilities. The therapist will work in a pediatric setting focusing on complex cases. Candidates must be independent in patient care within critical care units. Mentorship and support for other therapists is a key component of this role. The patient population includes a variety of diagnoses. Experience with developmental therapies is preferred. Candidates should be well-versed in therapeutic interventions for pediatrics. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required, but there is no call duty.
