Primary Care Physician Opportunity
Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin (F&MCW) is an innovative, growing healthcare network made up of community-based health centers and clinics delivering high quality health and wellness care that improves outcomes and provides an unmatched experience for our patients.
Our system is expanding our footprint in Wisconsin and is opening standalone Primary Care clinics in Fond du Lac, WI.
With this expansion, F&MCW is looking for (3) full time Primary Care physicians who are passionate about providing high-quality care and building deep relationships with their patients. We will consider Family Medicine, Med/Peds or Internal Medicine specialties for our practices.

Qualifications:
- Must obtain Wisconsin Medical Licensure.
- Board Certified is preferred, not a requirement.
- Preferred training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds.
