Parker, CO

We're a locally owned and newly launched residential HVAC company looking for an experienced and customer-focused

Service Technician

to join our growing team. This is a key role in a ground-floor opportunity-perfect for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, solving problems, and being part of a company that values its people.

Earn between

$27.00 and $37.00 per hour , with additional incentives

Pay Range:

$27.00/hr to $37.00/hr, plus spiffs and bonuses

Hours:

Monday through Friday 8:00 - 5:00pm, with occasional overtime based on demand

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, etc.)

Perform seasonal maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups

Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners

Recommend solutions and explain repair options in a way that builds trust

Maintain accurate records of work performed

Adhere to safety procedures and industry best practices

Represent the company professionally in the field and on every job site

Qualifications:

2 or more years of experience

in residential HVAC service

Valid EPA certification required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong diagnostic skills and solid understanding of HVAC systems

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Great communication and customer service skills

NATE certification is a plus (but not required)
