About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HVAC Tech Dispatcher to join our team. This role serves as a House Consultant, assisting customers in resolving HVAC issues by coordinating repair services and providing exceptional support. You will be the central point of contact between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth scheduling, dispatching, and route management.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch and schedule HVAC technicians and drivers efficiently.
Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service.
Assign repair job orders to appropriate technicians.
Manage technician routes to optimize service delivery.
Assist customers in identifying HVAC issues and setting up repair appointments or estimates.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of service calls and job orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in FieldEdge or Housecall Pro software (must know at least one).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
Experience in office administration and dispatch operations.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
HVAC industry experience is a plus but not required.
