About the Role The Company is searching for a dynamic Vice President for its Commercial Property and Casualty (P&C) Programs. In this key leadership role, you will spearhead the development, growth, and profitability of the organization’s P&C insurance programs. Your primary responsibilities will include: Designing and developing innovative insurance programs Leading sales and business development initiatives Managing and nurturing partner relationships Overseeing underwriting and pricing strategies to ensure profitability Driving operational efficiency within the team Providing governance and leadership to program managers The ideal candidate will possess a robust P&C program management background, along with a proven track record in creating and managing profitable insurance programs. Experience with the MGA/MGU community is highly desirable. We seek a strategic thinker who can drive our program growth strategy and forge strong partnerships, aligning goals and objectives throughout the organization. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, insurance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred At least 12 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a management capacity Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills The ability to lead decisively in ambiguous situations A Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation is preferred We are looking for someone with profound knowledge of P&C coverages, underwriting principles, and the insurance landscape.
