Starting Wage:
$35.25 per hour + $1/hour shift differential for night shift Two opportunities for performance raises in your first year 20% built-in overtime Available Work Schedules: We offer a modified 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts. Nights: 6:00pm-6:00am;
+20% built-in overtime (48-hour weeks) About the Role: As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will be crucial in maintaining and repairing our high-volume food manufacturing equipment. Our ideal candidate will have a versatile mechanical and electrical skill set to address a variety of challenges effectively. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are essential. Solid understanding of AC/DC motors, motor control circuits, and sensors is necessary. Knowledge of conveyance systems is a plus. Basic computer literacy is required. Familiarity with CMMS work order systems is preferred. Experience in food manufacturing is beneficial, along with understanding FDA standards. Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand verbal and written instructions. Capability of interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working at heights using ladders or scissor lifts. Decision-making skills are essential. Working knowledge of welding, machining, plumbing, pipefitting, and electricity. Effective communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing).
