Finance Manager

Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders. Recruit, hire, and develop team members within the Financial Services Department. Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Assess customer financing needs and explore various payment options. Foster positive customer relationships while presenting products and services. Present warranty options, credit insurance, GAP insurance, and additional beneficial products. Secure and finalize transactions per legal and ethical standards while ensuring high productivity. Achieve monthly forecasts for finance and insurance income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction. Complete and submit all relevant federal, state, and dealer paperwork to the Accounting Department in a timely manner. Enhance customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process. Supervise financial services associates to ensure departmental and individual goals are met. Embody the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years automotive F&I experience required. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Email, Excel, and Word. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Positive attitude and energetic personality. Exceptional customer service skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Strong attention to detail. Able to thrive in a process-driven environment. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant experience preferred.
